Definitely Recommend for Families
I was really impressed with the service here. The breakfast was solid, with a nice spread, Ronald H made us some delicious sandwiches to take away each day, can’t thank him enough.
It wasn’t inexpensive but hardly the end of the world.

I loved the hotel's charming decor and easy accessibility, making it a pleasure for seniors to navigate. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring my comfort from check-in to check-out, which truly enhanced my stay.
Could use more varied breakfast options.

Staying here was pleasant, with a spacious room and friendly staff. The location is perfect, just minutes from the train station and the city center. However, the Wi-Fi could be better, and the breakfast was a bit repetitive after a few days. Overall, a solid option for convenience!

Florence's culinary treasures are all around! I hit up Trattoria Dall'Oste for the best Florentine steak, and can’t forget that vegan gem, Dolce Vegan, just a short stroll away. The room was comfy, and the breakfast had variety—perfect for fueling a day of exploring!
The breakfast was not of good quality, we ended up leaving it halfway and went to the little cafe close to the hotel and ate better food. You don’t come to Italy to eat bad coffee and low-quality breakfast ingredients. The rooms are in great need of renovations, they’re quite worn out and don’t smell very nice.

The hotel provided an excellent location, just steps away from the train station, making travel convenient. My room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom that suited my needs well. The staff was welcoming and efficiently assisted with my business requests, ensuring everything was in place for my meetings. Breakfast offered a variety of pastries and good coffee, perfect for fueling my day.
The breakfast could use more variety.

missingWrote a review on Aug 06basic amenities
Noticing the absence of basic amenities like glasses or a fridge in the room was a letdown, especially as this wasn’t an issue at other places in Italy. Also, the noise from the street kept creeping in, making it harder to wind down after a busy day. We had to leave bags in a room without any proper oversight, which felt a bit uneasy, particularly with no early check-in or late check-out options available. The bathroom had a tight setup that seemed a bit cramped, more than normal for Italian hotels. Evening entertainment options were pretty much nonexistent. it turned into a bit of a ghost town after dark.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and reach the train station. The breakfast offers a great variety, including fresh pancakes, although adding fried eggs would enhance it further. However, the bedding was uncomfortably firm, which may not suit everyone, and the overall comfort of the room could be improved. Service was friendly and prompt, making for a pleasant experience.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, which made it easy for us since we were exploring the city. We enjoyed the spacious room, and the staff was helpful with our inquiries about nearby attractions. Breakfast had a nice variety, which was a good way to start our busy days. Only downside was the bathroom could've used a bit more space. Overall, a solid choice for our family trip!

I really enjoyed my stay as it was only a 10-minute walk to the stunning Piazza del Duomo and less than a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it super easy to explore Florence and even venture out to neighboring cities like Pisa and Siena, giving me the perfect launchpad for my weekend adventures.
